Usually 5-6 weeks (about that time) is fine. Especially if you do it in the morning. Morning brings a bigger possibility of most accurate answer because the pregnancy hormone HCG is heaviest with your first morning urine. If you do it later you have a lower chance of it coming out right. And for some people it takes even longer before they get a positive test.

It's not too late at all. Definitely should show a correct result. But if you're concerned it's not correct call your Dr or a local planned parenthood or something similar can get you the answer to this.

Two weeks is sufficient time.

A positive is defiantly possible at the point in time. Take one in the morning when you wake up. I hope everything works out for the best.
