I grew up suffering from depression and was extremely sleep-deprived. I slept 0-3 hours/night on average during my teenage years. Sure I might have taken some sleep after school, but still it can't be effective for my growth. I also didn't eat very well, I ate too much rich, and often at night/before bed.
