Girls: What has helped you lose the extra belly fat?

You look perfect in the cloths. If you still want to loose extra fat, continue with low intensity cardio. But you are very low BMI, so I would suggest gaining some extra muscle while loosing fat. It will keep you more healthy and since muscle helps burning fat, it will help you keeping you body waight stable.

its easy to calculate. In metric units divide your weight in kg by the square of your length in meters. The result must be between 20 and 25. You are just above 20, so very low. BMI is not everything, but its a guideline. Your muscle/fat ratio is also important. A very athletic girl may have a higher BMI, but be more healthy because she has more muscle than fat. Hope this helps.

I'd bang you out. Sex is the best workout if you keep it up for a good 30 minutes. Especially in somewhat awkward positions. When you do that you feel it the next day.
So I've been told. Though I'm a virgin, and plan to stay that way till marriage. So I'll have to stick with the regular eating healthy, and exercising. :-p Haha, but thanks for the tip!
