I keep getting dandruff no matter what I do?

How the fuck do I get rid of this shit???? I never had to worry over this before as of late now I have dandruff even while my hair still wet after showering. I try using minimal shampoo, sometimes I don't use any shampoo&conditioner, I rub salt in my scalp, I've rubbed oil on my scalp, I've used head and shoulders but that only made it worse. So then what now???!!!! I'm hoping this will just be temporary I thought It was due to the cold but warmer weather is due to come. I've never had this issue. How do I make it stop????

I don't know how salt would help, wouldn't that just fry your skin out?
I'd say use regular shampoo and especially conditioner to hydrate your scalp

Try using cooler water, hot water dries out your skin, that's why some people might notice they're really itchy after a shower.

Does your scaplt itch or is it just dandruff?

It's just dandruff. And this has never happened before. Even when I took a shower in steaming hot water.

Have you changed soaps or anything? Dyed your hair?
I'm not sure, still, try rinsing with cold water for a while, if it doesn't stop maybe see a doctor about it, or dye your hair a light color

It could be that you have a skin condition that is not your everyday dandruff. See a dermatologist.
