Think of it like a car... The more horsepower you have, the more fuel you use.. Horsepower = muscle, Fuel = Fat... build more abdominal muscle and continue to eat right... I dont do any sit-ups anymore, hurts my back. but Planks (and a ton of variations) work great for abs.

Nothing. Your fat will disappear where your body wants it to, and the abdominal fat is usually the last to go. You'll probably lose fat on your arms, thighs, and back quicker than on your stomach.
Well if you're losing fat on your waist aren't you losing belly fat?
Anyway, you can't spot reduce. Your genes decide where the fat you lose and gain comes from/goes to. Nothing you can do.
