+1 yThe healthy way, you probably can't. You can do lots of cardio and planks/ pilates /aroebics / yoga to tone and slim down. Burning fat to get to a lower jean size will take a while, that's usually about 3-4 weeks if you do it the healthy way. Eating wise, mostly dark greens, drinking plenty of water and avoiding salt, gum, carbonated drinks, mostly all carbs. So basically proteins and vegetables and a few fruits for sweetening up your salads.
Unhealthily, you can stop eating, or eat less than 500 calories a day while working out still, but I don't think that is healthy AT ALL and I would never suggest it, especially since you can't sustain the weight loss unless you continue to keep up that diet, which is anorexia-like behavior, and is very dangerous.
So all in all, your exercise is great, keep that up. Maybe do ab work to tighten the tummy areas!! (not situps/ crunches stuff because most of those bulk up your waistline.) Keep eating very clean, paleo diets stop bloat and promote muscles, so they are nice and keep calories relatively high. Even if you don't go full out, 80% healthy food and 20% not as healthy keeps me slim. I consider most pasta/ cheese/ bread unhealthy. Milk also causes bloating. :) But there are calorie expenditure calculators online so try to stay under that. You need to consume less calories than you burn to lose weight so keep that in mind!! +1 yIf you're already exercising and eating clean, I am not sure how much more you can do. I am sure you are healthy and you look fine. You might not have the body type to go smaller like your sister is. I am thin, but I don't think I could ever be a size 00 no matter how much weight I lose. It's just the way my body type is. If I get any smaller than I am now, I will look sickly. I am a size 4 right now. You don't want to lose so much that you look sick. I don't think you should worry so much about your sister.

Well there's a lot of ways, one i have done in the past and that have worked for me is the Sugar and Calories diet. You basically don't eat stuff with sugar in them and make sure you eat under 1300 calories a day, but for you it would be around 900-1100 because you are girl. In this diet you eat 4 times a day, the fourth time is a snack between foods but only if you are really hungry. by the way this one has a lot of chicken and meat in it so if you are a vegetarian it ain't for you
Wondering what could you eat? well you can do what i did:
Breakfast: A natural fruit Milkshake ( i recommend blueberries or strawberries) and two sausages or Scrambled egg with 2 sausages or oatmeal (obviously don't use regular sugar)
Lunch and dinner: Chicken (without the skin), meat etc with vegetables i recommend lettuce, carrots, cabbage, broccoli, pretty much any vegetable.
And snack: eat peanuts when you get hungry but not too much.
Exercise: (optional) but helps a lot 1.5 miles a day it's enough. If you wanna do it let me know and i´ll give you the details.03 Reply- +1 y

Well it's basically like i said you wanna make sure you don't eat anything that has over 3-5 g of sugar
what happens is that your body doesn´t get as much sugar as usual or not enough and you start losing weight after 4 days because that's when the sugar from before is gone.
But with all that said it's not good to force loosing weight fast, and by the way looking at your profile picture you look great so probably u don't even need it. My opinion: keep doing what you are doing - +1 y

Right now I'm a 2 or 4 depending on the size. But my 19 year old sister is a double zero and it makes me look bad so I need to be smaller before a certain event.

You might be better off going shopping with some friend (s) with good eyes and picking clothes that fit very well and show off your figure. Because you're already fairly thin, and losing that much weight might be tricky... But if you can wear something that shows off "hey, I have a hip/boobs and a nice figure" that might work? - +1 y

+1 yIf you drop a size that fast, you won't be able to keep that new size, it's not good for your body to loose weight so fast. It isn't used to it, so when you'll eat a bit more one day, (you can't avoid everything and eat SUPERCLEAN everyday for the rest of you're life it's impossible), you're body will store all the energy and turn it into fat because fat lasts longer than any other nutrient, and the body will think it will be "starved" again. If you really need/want to loose weight, do it slowly. Or you'll have to start over again. Besides, I really think you should pick another goal than dropping a jeans size, unless you're overweight which I doubt you are.

Well yeah girls should not change who they are to get a man to like them and guys should not change who they are to get a girl to like them either. People should be who they are within reason. Haha I guess there is no point me telling you what I think then if you don't care what guys think. All I know is I don't think you can force your body to loose weight from a particular part of your body but I could be wrong with that one.
