That doesn't sound remotely healthy. The only way you would rapidly lose that much weight in such a short amount of time is if you were obese - as dead weight sheds faster.
If you are slightly overweight or average, you CANNOT do that healthily. You need to talk to a doctor or find a suitable way of eating for you that doesn't include deprivation, because deprivation will cause you to gain the weight back the minute your diet changes.
Eat a good healthy breakfast, find some recipes, lean proteins, workout every other day, drink lots of water, reduce sodium, pork, and red meat.
Other than that, it's all you can do SAFELY.

You can't lose that amount of weight in such a short period of time in a healthy way. You can start to make an overall lifestyle change, but it could be over a year before you see those kind of results.

like biking 30+km in an hour
drumming for half an hour
muscle training for half an hour
+other activities
my diet:
nothing from stores, only raw foods. mainly because of the large amounts of sugar and E621 which aren''t helpfull :D
