My acne has vanished?

I've been taking topical acne medication but just applying it to my face as well as I just started taking birth control pills at the same time about a month ago. Today I noticed that acne on my chest and back has totally cleared up as well for no reason, is that from the birth control pills or the medicine in the cream in my system?

It's the birth control... Coming from someone who was on it for nearly 7 years straight, it will do that.

They put me on birth control pills for my hormonal acne.

But if you ever get off the pills... don't be surprised if it comes back :|

I'm only 18.. Say if I went off it in a few years if I was around 24 as a break or 22.. Would it be back or is my acne a puberty thing

I've heard of grown women coming off birth control and breaking out afterwards... It really just depends solely on the person... You could get lucky and just not break out like crazy.

Most likely birth control pill.
Acne is mainly caused by hormonal issues.
