Best workout for pain and losing a large amount of weight?

I currently need to lose about 120lbs to be at the weight appropriate for my age. I gained 80lbs after my mom passed away, when I developed depression and anxiety. I have a hard time getting motivated, and hate being outside, but I've always hated being outside, that comes with being a fairly asocial introvert. So I'm looking for the best work outs I can do inside my home since I don't have money for the gym and really don't want to be around people, at the gym. LOL

I have a lot of pain in my feet, because of a problem from when I was born 2 months early, so it makes it difficult to stay on my feet for longer than 30 minutes at a time.

I'd appropriate especially any videos of workouts, or dvd sets I can save money to buy. I am currently eating mostly veggies, fruit and organic chicken. I've been working on losing weight for about 3 weeks, but instead I just gained 4 lbs. -_-

Thanks so much for your answers lovies! I've lost 6lbs of fat and gained 2lbs of muscle, 1 inch off my waist and I am down half a pant size since asking this.
