I shouldn't have any caffeine.
But I get cravings for things like french fries and frosty shakes from Wendys.
I'm cold sensitive so I avoid cold things in general but if it's an easy period then I'll have the Frosty with the fries.
The craving do change though, it's not the same each time. It's just usually fries.

On period, I try to eat really clean or my stomach complains. I eat more homemade bread, fruits, and veggies while avoiding greasy foods and milk. Milk is the #1 cause of bad period poop and gas for me.
Chips and stuff are fine, just not super fatty food (ex. slavic "meat jelly")

Chocolate has caffeine.
Anyway, I eat what I normally eat, but cut out anything that may give me digestive problems, like dough, pasta, potatoes or high fat foods. I also tend to eat more chunky soups than solid food.I try to stay away from things I know would make me feel sick. I mostly try to drink as much water as I can
I eat lot of chocolates... Candies.
And salted or spicy chips
I avoid legumes. Tea/coffee... beverages.I eat anything and everything. I crave milk and chocolate when I have my period.
I crave beef, tomatoes and chocolate. I avoid fast food and anything overly processed because it makes my stomach hurt worse and gives me excessive gas.
I eat soups and anything warm. I avoid coconut, soda, ice cream, peanuts and spicy foods
I eat everything and avoid nothing. Bring it on, strawberry jam week!
I don't really abstain from anything when I'm on my period.
I eat a lot of chocolate too and chips ice cream! Basically anything fattening and I don't try to avoid anything lol
I consume all the healthy food with exception of garlic, ginger, tamarind and caffeine.
