Do you crave junk food in spurts?

every now and then for a solid 2-3 days I'll crave all sorts of junk food. Most of the time I give in. I don't have an issue with weight or anything but I still feel so gross/guilty after eating a bag of chips and having a soda.

I don't understand why it happened in periods. They're random. Like right now I'm eating so unhealthy but I'm not sad or stressed or near my period. Its random. Does this happen to you? What do you do to ignore the craving?
