I've had this happen to mine, honestly i've had mine for over 5 years and it's still sensitive. Mine did the same thing a couple of times at first, I got a bump but I put antibiotic cream on it and it went down, also be sure your makeup doesn't get in it if you wear any. I always take a qtip and clean around it with peroxide also and you might need to just change it out.

Sounds infected if the pain is that bad. You might have to take it out.
I've had my nose pierced 4 times. Had to take it out each time. I have a really thick nose and everyone who's pierced it says the same thing. Though, I have a lot of ear piercings, an eyebrow and a navel ring. They're all fine.
Why are you asking us, hurry up and go see a doctor. We can't help you as effectively as they can.
There's is a lot of dirt in the nose due to the fact it works as a filter. If your piercing is infected it's not too surprising.

What are you cleaning it with and have you been messing with it a lot or getting make up in it? Call the piercing shop you had it done at and ask them about it. I've never had any problems with any of my piercings.
Turns out I'm allergic to the medical grade metal they used. Sounds like you have exactly the same reaction. I pulled mine out after about 6 months because I couldn't stand the bump inside my nose. lvex it... But piercings don't agree with me.
Your piercing is probably irritated. Wheb the piercing is 'upset' those bumps can appear. They'll go when the inflammation goes down!! Keep it clean and don't move it around. nose piercings need 6 months to fully heal
you're meant to keep it in for a year i think, you should be cleaning it with antibacterial wash using a cotton bud and you shouldn't be touching it or taking it out.
Sounds like an allergic reaction. Had the same problem with earrings.
Bumps are totally normal. Just keep it clean and they'll go down
