My upper arm measures 12.5 cm. I'm 15. I do pushups often. I don't want muscles anyway 😌

How do you measure the 12.5 cm? Don't think its circumference. Even a tiny arm goes then above 20 cm

Ok. Then it is a nice size. Depends if it is flexed or not. My arms are 11" unflexed and somewhat more than 12.5 flexed (25-29 cm)
