Keep yourself hydrated, regular intake of almond chocolate and green tea can lessen the pain, heating pad on your belly, elevating your legs when you lay down also can help during the period
Avoid hard workout like heavy lifting, avoid salty food, and taking too much pain meds isn't good since it would eventually stop working
Different girls have different DO'S and Don'ts. Like me I can't drink cold water and I need to keep myself hydrate all the time. I drink hot water often but I also drink plenty of plain water.
I know that different girls have their own DO's and don'ts but i'd just like to hear about some so if i'm in the last resort i can try it to see if it works or not
we actually bleed when we have period. some normally, others totally bleeds. i think it's a hormonal thing or something. eat healthy.
Myself and some of my friends as well have the major sensitive parts like the cramps, the constant "discharge" and other symtoms but we don't bleed, it's just an occational thing, although sometiems there is spots of blood
i think that's pretty normal. the constant discharge and spots though, better have yourself checked.
I literally do the same thing. I guess i dont swim.
apply a hot compress but don't burn yourself
I've tried that and nothing helps but a hot bath, although at home i have a shower which doesn't help, since this is the second time i wasn't prepared for it, so any home made recomendations?
i try to drink hot fluids like soup/broth and caffeine-free tea. i've read that caffeine makes cramps worse.
Thank you :)
