Search the caveman method online. I tried it out and it's actually helped my skin so much. I used to be soo oily, seriously like two hours of wearing makeup and I look like someone spritzed my face with PAM or something. It's going to sound weird, but I completely stopped using anything on my face. No cleansers or anything. The theory behind this is that when you apply chemicals to your skin, you upset its natural balance of oils. By stripping your face of its oils, it produces even more to counteract this, but when you stop stripping your face of oil, it will balance out and eventually produce less oil. It's worked pretty great for me, and my skin looks much better. There was an adjustment period though, where my skin was still producing a shit ton of oil, but eventually it balanced out and it's completely normal now. All I do is splash my face with water at night, and if I do decide to use products, they're completely natural and plant based. Rose water is a nice cleanser, honey and sugar mixed together is an amazing exfoliant, tea tree oil is great for a spot treatment, and coconut oil is the perfect moisturizer.

There is a very good face wash for oily skin and it isn't expensive at all, since I discovered it I don't use anything else, it really cleans your skin, it doesn't feel oily after it but it feels very fresh, it is Garnier fresh clarifying wash:

Hmm well if you wear makeup use a makeup that suits oily skin, buy blotting papers to use throughout the day and try to avoid moisturisers that will add to the oiliness
I just use anti-oil face cleanser and I don't use any lotion or other products
Use Lemon juice and peel to gently massage onto skin. Wash off with lukewarm water
