Let us see. I take my full serving of fruits and vegetables using powdered capsules, take my multivitamin daily, along with fish oil and calcium/vitamin D and b12. I have a somewhat small waist and flat stomach, but use a waist trainer to maintain my average waist. And I recently bought a swivel stepper in order to tone my thighs and butt. Does this seem like a successful plan? Or do I need to do more?
You sound pretty good, well, what do you want to achieve fitness wise?
And the capsules are good as long as you're trying to actually ready as much veggies as you can too

It's great that you are dieting but you also need to workout if you want to be physically fit.
