Am I on the right track to fitness?

Let us see. I take my full serving of fruits and vegetables using powdered capsules, take my multivitamin daily, along with fish oil and calcium/vitamin D and b12. I have a somewhat small waist and flat stomach, but use a waist trainer to maintain my average waist. And I recently bought a swivel stepper in order to tone my thighs and butt. Does this seem like a successful plan? Or do I need to do more?
