What do you think of this new way to fuel your bodies for food?

A friend of mine showed me this... It's a pretty cool thing and I was thinking of giving it a shot for one month to see what it does, I work out a lot and I'm a small guy but I have slot of muscles and I'm very active do my body needs a large amount of nutrients and a heavy food source but tell me what you think of this? Is it real or fake

I've read a few articles about it and I am interested but I'm going to wait a while yet before trying it, as I'd like to see more scientific study conducted on it as well as give time to see negative side effects kick in and become public. I'm skeptical because I've read several articles and studies saying that vitamin and mineral supplements are largely useless and that there are many which our bodies do not properly absorb and metabolize without the correct fats and proteins found in the foods they're naturally found in. So I'm just not convinced that this fully supplemental mixture is an adequate food source. I'm also concerned about how an all liquid diet might impact metabolism, as I'd still want to be able to enjoy food when I want to.

It looks pretty real I think and in the description they really know what they're talking about, but I it's going to be very difficult to live like that, because you constantly drink the same thing (which gets boring after a while) and eating is also often a way to make contacts or remain them. Like going to a restaurant or something with your friends or eating dinner with your family. If you really eat everyday everytime alone, this could work.

Imagine how jail mates feel, I'm sure you haven't been to jail before but I have, for about 4 months... Everyday it's the same thing... Peanut butter jelly sandwiches and soy food for dinner and baloney sandwiches or pb&j for lunch. Only 1 hot meal. Sometimes cereal for breakfast in those miniature bowls smaller than your hand

Yeah never been to jail, but that's why you should look for yourself if you're able to keep up with it. I know I wouldn't. I eat everyday with my family and often eat with friends.
Many people will also hate on this diet, because many people believe in 'natural food' these days. I honestly believe more in science, so I think it will work out
I have to say that they put a lot of carbs in a drink so you have to have a more energetic lifestyle for this diet.
