Will my scars stay this way forever?

There are some minor things a dermatologist can do. There's a lotion (I can't remember what it's called) that helps with recent scars, and there's this painful injection that helps with the puffiness. Other than that, It's probably not going to change noticeably. The only ones that get noticeably better are really minor ones.
They will be there for a long ass time before they fade slightly. I wish the ones on my left arm would disappear because they are an unpleasant reminder of the woman who have me the scars. Look at your scars from time to time. Let it be a lesson for you.
Apply mederma as instructed on the tube (to the healed ones) and keep them out of sun light and artificial light (UV rays.) A dermatologist can prescribe you a stronger scar cream if you prefer that. They will fade and the skin will remodel its self, it will not be prefect but it will most definitely improve.
The reason thy are raised and pink is due to your body's proliferation phase in the healing process. your skin is lying down collagen and elastin causing the skin to appear shiney and raised once your body has produced enough collagen in the area to reinforce the injured skin, it will begin to break down the fibers and the epithelial tissue that remains will cover the area. Proper scar management will make a huge difference in their appearance. Hope this helps.
Thank you it really helps. But one question. Do you have any idea on how long it would take this process to begin and end?
they will heal, but of course u know that for them to heal u need to completely stop. this may take awhile but i hope ur on the road to happiness again. id give them a few months to a year...
try applying creams with vitamin E. those are known to reduce the appearance of scars.
stay strong love <3

Depends how well your body heals. When I used to do that years ago I still have scars you can see. Though they aren't that standing out thank goodness.
Though please stop and don't ruin your pretty skin anymore. For anyone else to see it that truly cares about you. They will feel really sad and helpless seeing you do that to yourself.
They might heal a little bit but that's what scars are, permenant skin damage.
If when you are older you might be able to have some sort of surgery to fix them a little bit.
Just use them as a reminder to look after your body as you only have one.
My sister still has some of her burn marks from back in the day, which was like 7 years ago. She regrets what she's done (self harm wise) and covered the scars with a tattoo.
They will probably just be pink spots eventually (except for the 4 or 5 deeper ones). But honestly, don't worry. They don't bother me at all, and you look fine even with them like that :)
They will probably fade until they're nearly unnoticeable but yes, they will scar. Do you have any scars from childhood? Assume they will be like that, because it really depends on how you scar.
They will heal! mine healed a lot and after 2 years, even though you can still see most of them, it's nothing compared to how they used to look.
Over time they will look better but they will never go away as you said. We shed skin over time and that is why scars fade.
They may heal, they may not. More likely, they'll become raised lines and not fully heal.
They will eventually heal and fade away. Don't sweat it.
My scars have all faded to barely noticeable white lines. With any luck yours will as well
They won't heal, and just stop cutting please.
They will most likely not heal any more than that.
How long ask were the cuts done?
Most were a few days over a month ago.
How recent are they?
A few days over a month ago.
They'll probably fade some.
What happend?
I self harm and that's the results.
Please stop, cuting will not help, it may heal a little, if your lucky.
