it's really hard to without your wrist/forearm... maybe wait a bit and gradually take up weights again
these aren't my words but:
Plank works out the whole body; core, pecs, lats, deltoids, etc. If you're avoiding strain on the wrist, try out simple vertical arm raises with a light weight held up at the elbow.
I dont think you can bulk or anything, but maybe tone a bit. hope you feel better soon!

The best advice is probably to wait until you can start to train with light weights again, then build it up slowly.
I know that feeling, you can end up setting yourself back even further. Look at it like this, resting and doing what's sensible will mean you'll progress further and faster than if you do something rash and set yourself back, inactivity is actually a positive thing right now.
