How do you deal with or prevent that painful inner-thigh rash?

I'm a fat dude so my thighs rub together. I love to walk a lot since I'm losing weight, but the pain and itch is driving me crazy at times! Any tips?

You could try baby powder, the issue is moisture, more moisture means more friction, more friction means rubbing raw.

Resnal u get it at the pharmacy its a burn cream will do wonders but u don't need a prescription to get it
