How to get rid of dandruff?

I get a lot of dry skin on my scalp.. what can I do?

wash your hair. Shampoo every 2 to 3 weeks. In between washing replace shampoo with just conditioner only and try to use natural oils (coconut oil is good. I melts immediately, shea butter, olive oil etc). Oils don't "cake" up which leads to build up and dandruff in your hair.

Well are you sure it is dandruff? it could be confused with just dry scalp. Dandruff is not caused by dryness but rather too much oil. It is usually due to an over growth of harmless yeast.

If shampoos don't work, you gotta fix your gut. Majority of skin problems come from within our body. Stop eating all that processed shit, drink more water/fruits/veggies, take probiotics/l-glutamine, cut out wheat/dairy. Guarantee your skin will be better.

Wash your hair with apple cider vinegar or peppermint soap and then moisturize your scalp and hair after and just leave it alone for a few days except to massage your scalp before you go to bed. Cut down on dairy and fatty junk foods.

Garlic shampoo & conditioner is good for that
also Mayonnaise is good for conditioning your hair
to stop dandruff and the garlic shampoo does not
smell like garlic it also helps your hair to come in
more thicker and grow more.

Use plenty of different shampoos and conditioners. The different pH levels will get rid of it. It worked for me!

Try Clear shampoo. The brand is cheap but has a great potential you help you get rid of it for good.

You may have a zinc deficiency.

dandruff's caused by stress actually... so try toning down yer stress levels :)

Put olive oil in your hair. Also eat good food. Dandruff tends to form when you don't have a healthy diet.
