I brush twice a day and floss. I don't use mouthwash because that can actually give bad breath. I actually swish some salt water in my mouth spit it out and then drink a flavored water and that's what your breath will smell like. I can't stand people who don't take it seriously. I have a nose of a hound dog so I will know the people who don't take it seriously if I speak to them and they are near arms length distance to me.

I do now compared to when I was younger thanks to the, like 5 or 6 cavities I have, the root canal, and one pulled tooth. Sweet tooth? Lol every tooth in my mouth is a sweet tooth. I used to down a pack of Oreos myself like twice a week and at one point when I worked at my dad's pizza place, I'd chug down soda like it was water

I did that for a while its unlikely that you will carry that whole routine your whole life, it comes in phases. While i still brush my teeth twice a day, i floss maybe every 2-3 days.

I brush twice a day. And shower twice a day. I floss and rinse. I go to the dentist on a regular basis and i won't even look at you if you don't have nice teeth.
