Headache and something with my nose?

I suddenly got a really bad headache, it's hard to breathe with my nose (no congestion). And I'm getting nauseous and now I don't know if I can shower and brush my teeth which I was gonna do. Help? Why is this?

You are likely having a sinus reaction, probably because of allergies. You can use a decongestant but the best approach it is a nasal lavage with saline. It clears your sinuses with out the nasty side effects of drugs.

Try NeilMed. You can get it at the pharmacy counter at Target. You have to get the hang of using it though. It takes a little practice.

Yeah. I had just realized that I had an ocean nasal spray so I tried that even though I wasn't sure since we already had it here and yep I agree. Thank you

It doesn't have to be one of them that happens immediately. Perhaps it built up and then you felt its effects at the instant when your body detected it.

Actually, I think there's a problem with your brain. The headache and nausea might be affecting the nerves to your nose.

Um, are you still feeling bad? I mean, I'm not a doctor but I'm going into pharmacy school this fall. But yeah, I think it's something to do with your brain. The headache is really pointing me there.

Sounds like the flu.. If it is, its viral and antibiotics won't help. Rest, drink tons of water, monitor for a fever, and eat light foods of you can. Take tylenol if you need to supress a fever... Try to get in a shower/brush teeth and then sleep. Feel better soon!

I have allergies so my sinuses mess with me a lot. I get really bad sinus headaches they hurt like hell affecting my head, eyes, and ears.
I really don't know though, you should definitely see a doctor.
