1. Do it in the morning. You can saw wood faster and easier if you sharpen your blade first.
2. Set a date and get ready for it. Plan it out like you would a birthday because it is. It's a birth of you version 2.0. Go research what you need. Buy knew running shoes. Maybe a yoga mat. Stuff you like and will use
3. Do it for you. And no I don't mean do it for you to look cute in the future. Do it because it'll make you feel better. Do it because it'll make you feel strong. Do it so you can be proud of what you've accomplished. Your motivation matters. Choose something that you have the most control over. Can't control how other people see you but you can control how you feel.
4. Do what you love. At least to begin with. If you don't like running don't run. If you don't like lifting wieghts don't lift. If you like just going outside and kicking a ball do it.
5. Take it slow. No olympian ever went from couch potato to gold medalis. Because they want to. It takes time.
6. Stick to it for a minimum of sixty days. Do something everyday for sixty days. Make sure not to over train but excercise to be helpful has to become a habit.
7. Body weight. I know people are gonna advocate lifting and machines but I think it's important to get accustomed to your own body and the way it moves first. You've got muscles you've never felt before.
8. Research! Read read read. Seriously. This is your health so be healthy about it. Don't go all super women and try some new extreme workout craze. Be careful. Things are easier to improve when they aren't broken
9. Remember the past. This was everyday life 24/7 for your ancestors
10. Embrace the stank, the sweat, and the pain. Don't hurt yourself but your gonna feel it. It's not easy but eventually it will get easier. You just have to push through for the better you.

People usually start exercising all other seasons except summer. The reason Im saying this is cause of holidays. If you dont have willpower for exercise you will understand what Im saying. Anyways I found a program some days ago and it almost matches my program I made for 2 friends last autumn. This program is somewhat better than mine and the website provides plenty tips: www.runnersworld.com/.../the-8-week-beginners-program
Also, after summer I would suggest taking up track and field. Better life guaranteed ;)
Im sure you're stunning! and I don't think you should worry about your body. but if you want I would start with about 10-15 abs, legs and upper body work out (you can look them up on youtube) and running or walking for 15-30 mins a day really helps. good luck!
Start off slowly and work your way up. Start by simply going for a walk every day, then gradually build it up. Keep yourself motivated. Carry something to drink with you. Don't be embarrassed.

What exactly are you looking for, to get out of it, and how motivated are you to achieve those goals?
Buy a fitbit (or other measuring device). Take up a sport you might like (tennis? Running?) to get in shape in a fun way. Walk everywhere, instead of driving (or being driven).
Lol you gotta train for summers in winters and there's no "summer workout plan" specific lol However you'd cut a hella lot in summers than winters so just go out there and slay it in weight room
What equipment do you have access to?
Gym, running, sports...
swimming is fun AND a good work out!
