If it was three pills as you mentioned on other's comment, I think you would be alright. The maximum dose of ibuprofen is four pills per day.

Normally drugs' effect degrades as temperature goes up, so if you were boiling your soup for more than few minutes i don't think there's much drug left in the soup.

Although i'm not sure about ibuprofen... They usually do test for this to see how effective the drug is under low or high temperature and/or humidity also different kinds of test under high temperature to see whether they can make it as "tea type of a cold medicine" with other types of med.

If you feel any light headness or nausea please see a doctor...

Not necessarily, Ibuprofen is NSAID drug primarily used to reduce fevers and treat pain.
There should be no problem unless you have a family history of it.

Also, depending on dosage and previous medical operations, it could increase your risk of cardiac arrest if used over prolonged periods or have heart disease also it does affect your intestinal and stomach lining with the potential to cause bleeding.

Honestly, do not take more than your recommended. Overdosing can damage your stomach or intestines. Use only the smallest amount and you should be fine. How you inject it, well that's up to you, the only problems arise with dosage

Yes. Whatever you took if for won't get better, at least as much. I highly doubt it becomes toxic. Medications are large molecules. When medication is heated the chemical bonds in the molecules break down. The new molecules are useless for headaches, etc. they don't all break down at once though, so you might get done relief

Probably nothing will happen, but why would you do that? Ibuprofen will eat a hole in your stomach and has a list of other rather unpleasant side effects.
