Vegetarian Recipies?

in the past month I have become a vegetarian, and I haven't really been experimenting with different vegitarian food, just tofu and vegetables and shit, which are good but I only make like one recipe, any suggestions are welcome. =3

He also has a youtube channel where you can watch his shows or cooking styles. You will find ample info on culinary styles. The website contains both vegetarian and non-veg recipes, you can filter them out using a select option on top menu bar of his website. Have fun

Thank you DanteSparda For a westerner Indian cuisine is otherwise very oily/spicy or too complex to cook. Sanjeev has cleverly modified all dishes to retain flavor and taste for western palates

Honestly everything is vegetarian if you just don't eat anything having to do with meat and fish (fish is optional, some vegetarians eat fish).
You just have to look at the ingredients when you buy food.

I often wok vegetables. Depending on the type, I add flavours and nuts and raisins. Lovely flavours are spicy stuff, or saffran, cinnamon, coriander, ... I also have flavoured oils in the house to add.
