Please help, health question fast?

The right side of my stomach has been hurting sence this morning and I haven't gone number 2 today and now it hurts more and the pain moved up more and I think there's a bulge what should I do? Please help.

Particularly where on the right side does it hurt? If it's the lower part of you right side then it's probably appendicitis and you want to seek help immediately before it ruptures coz that can cause contaminations. Now if it's the right side towards your navel then i think it's hernia. And you should seek help immediately as well. And it could also be constipation and indigestion since you haven't pooped yet. I'm guessing you have gas too?

Either way talk to a doctor I am just a med student lol

Are your nauseous? Or feel like throwing up? Dizzy? Temperature? Tender or hard abdomen? If yes, I think it's indigestion and constipation. Drink loads of fluids. A lot! I can't stress this enough. And see a doctor

Appendicitis possibly, if you're seriously hurting go to the ER now. FYI your colon where stool sits is on your left.

You should go to the hospital, right away. It is possibly your appendix which would be very serious if not fatal left untreated. Your appendix is located on the right side near your hip. When you have appendicitis, it is not unknown for the pain to move.

We're not kidding when we say right away, it is considered a medical emergency.

Palpate the da abdominal region that hurts, what is the density of the area, n how does it feel when u press on it?

It hurts a lot more and moved up, I have constipation and gas, no fever or throwing up either.

If you're in that much pain then go see a doctor. That's what they're there for
