try to find a workout buddy (male or female) with the same goal. Then you stimulate each other. And look at pics of toned females and imagine yourself at the beach :-) I do with my girlfriend and we stimulate each other a lot. I am 5'6" and 140 pounds and in good shape too

Take a pic of the side of you sitting down and slouching or not sitting up straight with perfect posture. Trust me. It'll motivate you.

I recommend picking an amount of time you think you will sustain or be consistent with. Find a way you enjoy working out whether it's at a gym, at home, dancing or an outside activity.
A really good playlist. Put together a playlist of some of your favorite upbeat songs and starting moving. Even if you just decide to dance along, you're getting some good exercise in.
Find some music that really gets you pumped.. put on your headphones and let the music push you through the workouts!
Maybe get a good nights sleep is your best bit
than that will give you the energy to get motivated
also eat a good breakfast i think you shouldn't exercise
on empty stomach also Vitamin B 12 is great source
of energy..Everybody is different.
Maybe find some people at the gym that lift in the same threshold as you and befriend them.
Or just watch videos of body builders.
Find what suits you.Make it so you have nothing else to do at the time. Normally having nothing to do helps to motivate you more to workout so you are doing something.
Try doing workouts that are fun to do as well.By what standards do you base the statement, "I'm in really good shape"? Because this would imply that you already workout and if such is the case, you already have the motivation?
Think about how good you look and feel!
Motivation, like self esteem, is all internal. External factors from others don't do much.Great tasting protein powder. Helps you through knowing you'll get a good tasting drink afterwards.
