Any tips for mild acne?

I'm one of those people were you never had any ance, zits, etc when you were a teenager. Ever since about 3yrs ago I started to have random zits and now it looks more like mild acne. I'm wondering if it's because of when I started working out more. So when I workout I sweat more. I've started to wash my face after I workout but the stuff is still there. I don't feel like the acne makes me look ugly or anything. It's just annoying because I want to pick at the zits, lol.

Know of any tips I might could try?
