Hay people I've just finished my degree but gained about 15kgs. Most of it around my stomach and chest (moobish). Iam a guy so iam quite embaressed about it. I've started jogging and swimming. Anything else I can do to get in shape (fatburn primarily) would appreciate some advice. Iam not lazy. My confidence is pretty shit due to this issue.
first, fix your diet. unless you have amazing genetics, which we all know you don't because otherwise why are you posting this, then you can't out train bad diet. once you have diet down, start exercising. lets take it 1 step at a time. its a journey!

Really depends on the amount of exercise you are doing and the diet that is accompanying it.
