Bad sleeping disorders run in my family, but luckily I don't have one. During school days I have really hard times trying to get to sleep, so I take pills or like OTC melty tablets. You could also use hive medicine. My dad uses that and trust me when I say that stuff works. But at your age it's probably not the best idea to take it when you don't need it. Talk to your mom or your doctor and maybe they can suggest some stuff. I take meletonin pills, which I guess somewhat help, but these things called vitamelts work a lot better in my opinion. However as for waking up at 2 am I don't know. I used to always wake up between 1 and 5 am and then I usually didn't go back to sleep. I don't know really. Again talk to your mom or a doctor about it.

I had a problem with insomnia and sometimes when i was asleep i would stop breathing. I had just moved to university and before hand had gone through quite a bad time. I didn't realise that things such as your mental health would have that much of an effect but for almost a year i would try and lie in bed and really struggle to sleep until mostly 4am but still be waking up at 8/9. Have you got a bed routine that you can get into to help your body calm and know it's time to sleep? Sometimes taking a bath or reading. Don't look at screens as these actually wake you up more.

I had it before once I think... but I just woke myself up somehow, I just wanted to, relaxed, and 'just did it'
Sorry for not being clear
Sleep paralysis sounds so scary... I can't remember if some nightmares were paralysis or just a dream if it was in my roomThe insomnia means your brain doesn't release enough melatonin. The sleep paralysis. This is a larger issue on a spiritual level. I believe you need to rid yourself of any negative energy. This will make you less sustible to this...
I don't know a lot about it, but you should really talk to your doctor about it.
Yes. I have horrible insomnia. And I get sleep paralysis from time to time. It's so scary.
