How to accelerate facial hair growth?

Yes but you are too young to grow a full beard. Most men cannot grow a full beard until their early 20's. Some can't for even longer, and of course some men just can't grow a beard no matter how old they are.

Give it 5 or 6 years before you start worrying.

I heard shaving helps but you have to do it on the opposite side of how the hair grows

testosterone gel on your face is the only thing I know of. On your head and elsewhere abrasion (like a bath brush) will work but on the face i think you would damage your skin.

I don't think you can speed that up naturally. Some facial hair products might help.
