You obviously have a poor diet. Eat vegan (low fat, high carb, 2100-2500 calories of fruits and vegetables), drink a few quarts of water daily and do serious cardio exercises every other day. It fixed my "poop once a week" immediately. I go 2-3 times every day with no problems. It also helped me drop 10 lbs real quick and feel more energetic, lowered my blood pressure (the list goes on). Google "80/10/10", "RT4" and "starch solution".

By the sounds of it, you need a stool softener. Try something like dulcolax or coloxyl with senna.
Don't ever touch diet pills again. They're not good for you, and don't help you lose weight.
See a dietitian or a doctor about your problems. They can help.

Don't go to the internet for medical help. See a doctor and dietician. This is the problem with my generation. We are too lazy to get up off our asses and do something about our problems. We always do whatever is the most convenient.
try a mono diet for a day.. like eat a whole musk melon or mango for the entire day... only muskmelon and 1- 2 litres of water that day.. i guarantee you should poo quite well. :)
