Where can I go for help please I need your help?

I feel like I'm in desperate need of counseling and probably medication as well. The problem is I can't afford to pay for counseling on my own. Im dying inside and I need to get help but where can I find it?

first off i want to give you a *hug* and to remind you that everyone has a down phase in their lives. you are not alone. stop thinking its only you. everyone goes through hell and back. i know it sucks, trust me, I've cried in public broke down went through it all, but take it one step at a time. make little changes one by one. even if u think they won't solve it all, they will slowly get u back up. u have to make friends, or rely on family, talk to that one person whom u trust, theyre free first of all, they know u or even if its a new friend hey let them get to know u, sometimes strangers even give the best advice, u just have to let it out and have someone listen to u.
dont think u are alone cause u are not.
some people have relationships or are married and can't even talk to their partner there's no communication so why do u worry about being single?

u have to breathe and just focus on one thing at a time.
u can go to ur neighborhood church or religious place talk to someone also, u can volunteer at a hospital, its interesting how many conversations u can have with patients, u learn a lot, u can even take classes in ur neighborhood like language, yoga, free exercise in the park, etc u can meet new people. take ur mind off things.

Maybe they can come to your aid?
I would suggest letting someone you love and trust know!
And from there you can receive the help you need

For me the thought of going to counseling is pretty embarrising and I don't want anybody knowing. You'll notice I posted this anmoymusly.

I understand. Perhaps you could just google "affordable counseling" and type in your city? I have a friend who is a psychotherapist. She interned at the YMCA. Many of them offer counseling services for free. Perhaps you could try that?

God can help you just as much ore more than medication. Just try it. Read the four gospels, matthew / mark / luke / john. God doesn't heal everybody but when you first come to God, he gives you a lot of grace and showers you with his love and answers all of your prayers so just try it. Pray to God to heal you and then read the four gospels.

Im just extremely depressed and incredibly unhappy with my life. There's not any one thing it's a combination of a lot of things. I tired of living like this, I'm tired of feeling this alone all the time I'm tired of being completely miserable. I can't take it anymore!

I feel the way you do all the time but I know I am here for a reason. You have to hang in there. I know life sucks most of the time but I KNOW we are all here for a reason. I'm sorry you are dealing with all of life's stress but you have to hang on. . you are important to this world even when you don't realize it. . Just hang on and things could change for you..
