the other day I went swimming and wa out for 3 hours. the way my skin type is, I don't usually get burnt. the only part on my body that will get red is my face, everything else just turns into tan. anyways my face got sun burnt and it's starting to peel and my face is so dry and no matter how much lotion r how many times I put it on, it's like my skin just isn't getting hydrated. does anyone know of any home remidies for dry skin? or anything I could do?
for sun burnt skin, there is really no good lotion to put on it. But when it heals I suggest you buy some face sun screen and just hydrate with 1 gallon of water a day , along with using 24 hour moisturizing creams from MIssha or Loreal.

Eucerin. Its great for sensitive skin and they even have products for eczema. It will definitely moisturize your skin and give you some sunscreen too.
Vitamin E Oil or Aloe Vera. You could also try coconut oil.
