I used to go to the gym 4-5 times a week for 1.5 to 2 hours each time, but I found that I was much more judgmental of my body and my "flaws" when I was a gym addict. Like, no matter how amazing my body looked (and in hindsight, it DID look amazing) all I could see was that little bit of fat that I could never get rid of, or the fact that no matter how much I worked out I could not get washboard abs.
So I stopped working out at the gym about a year ago. Now I just concentrate on BEING healthy. I play soccer a couple of times a week in the summer and once a week in the winter. I snowboard in the winter. In the warmer months, I go for jogs once in a while when the mood strikes and I walk quite a lot. Year-round I walk to and from work, which adds up to about an hour each day. I go on a few good hikes each summer. Etc.

Up until my internship started, I was working out every day. I'll get back to that now that it's done.
Everyday, although my Sunday training is more of a rest day. The programme that I am on doesn't have any forearm training so I tend to do a bit of forearms on Sunday. The rest of the week I have high intensity cardio accelerated based training
I exercise six days a week (now) and I have on "Rest" day (which usually isn't a rest day anyway.) I love to exercise and I love staying active!
I've lost nearly 80 pounds in four months by rigorous exercise and a light diet.
