All I want is to lose my belly fat! What excersises would do that and how long would it take?

I've struggled with my weight for a long time, and I'm losing weight all over except for the one place I want! I'm only 14 and I have a gut! Please help me! Are there any excersises that would affect just my stomach? How long would I take to lose? And if anybody can, whats a diet roster that would add up to 1500 calories a day? Thanks xx
