You're 15 girly! Just like me and I know I have the same problem, its absolute hell. One day i'm like "Wow.. I actually look really good" and then some days i'm like "Ughhhh, why is God so unfair" and I ABSOLUTELY hate the way I look those days. I also hate the way I look in pictures. Lots of people tell me i'm pretty and some people say they envy me bc i'm thin and curvy but I DON'T buy it. I may think i'm pretty some days but never enough. Sound familiar to you? Trust me, we're going through that AWKWARD phase. Its all about boys, acne, periods, weight loss, anything really-ugh. You'll get over the phase, not only mentally but physically. It could happen anywhere from 16 to 21. You WILL blossom. Believe me, puberty is a GOOD thing lol, maybe not now, but later-YES.
If thats not it, there may have BDD (Body Dysmorphia/ Body Dysmorphic Disorder) Its a horrible mental illness where you extremely over exaggerate any tiny flaws you may see in yourself, face-wise and body-wise. Its pretty rare though. And you most likely don't have it. Everyone has probably felt the way you have, even beautiful models feel ugly sometimes! Give yourself a makeover- do your nails, take a bath with bath bombs and bath salts, do a facial, make a hair mask. I do it from time to time and it makes me feel better :-))

You've got a mental disorder, probably Body Dysmorphia. Maybe you should start eating healthy food, and eat more of it so you gain a little weight. Also working out you could gain weight & muscle & look toned.
Once your perceptions are skewed, you take in everything that confirms your view of your body, and reject everything that disproves it. It becomes an automatic way of seeing the world.
You probably mainly notice women who are very skinny and you probably attach outsize (no pun intended) importance to being skinny.
My guess is it's a way of avoiding dealing with some deep feelings/other issues.
E. g. at work, when I feel unable to smalltalk with customers, I start obsessively tidying up and looking for other tasks to do. It's a way of escaping the awkwardness. Instead of just accepting or dealing with it.
Well do what the doctor said. Also you are not fat. You feel uncomfortable. My tip work out. It brings your body in a optional shape. The muscles will make you feel not fat. ( because if you can see muscles there can't be any fat) eat fruits but don't forget the normal food. And please promise me to not loose more weight

Body dismorphia is likely the culprit. A therapist can help you get over that feeling and learn healthy coping skills for when those feels try to come back.
You feel a lack of control in your life, so you take control of the one thing you can control, namely, what you eat?
Because your focus win not on what's important, do something productive and your look won't matter anymore
But if your trying to get the hot guy in school then yes your going to obsessMaybe because you're afraid of getting big since you've probably always been skinny and known as the skinny girl.
