How to clean a septum piercing?

I've just got my septum pierced today and my piercer didn't tell me much about the aftercare process.
My main worry is that, do i twist the jewellery when cleaning to stop my skin healing onto the ring?
I know about sea salt baths but do i do that twice a day? and would i need a antibacterial wipe/or spray along with that?
Any others tips would help out so much!

Yes, move it around and definitely wash it with soap and try to keep it as clean as you can. I would not use things like alcohol or anything like that like I had heard when I got my first piercings done though...
