How to lose a lot of weight In a month?

i have a major modelling competiton in October and need to compete in the swimwear section which means showing my body.,, I need to lose a lot of weight and fast any tips would be helpful pleaseeee :((

Well... i have one solution for u

Just eat banana for minimum 10 days... nothing apart from that

u can lose like 10-15 pounds in just a month i believe

Doing what though? And what was your fitness level beforehand? Because that makes a difference.

Also, males are better able to lose weight quickly due to higher levels of testosterone.

i was walkin/runnin at least 1 hr daily, and i decreased food quantities pretty much.

Yeah but men are able to lose weight by cutting out soft drinks. It's not a universal experience.

It sounds like she's already fit and doesn't actually need to lose any weight. I'm always very concerned about young girls that post these kinds of questions. EDs are no joke.
