Is my workout split okay for growth?

I've become super busy. I don't have time anymore to do a full leg day in the gym twice a week. I am a top heavy girl, so I only work upper body once a week just to keep everything tight. I want some serious growth in my legs and glutes.

Monday, Glutes.
Tuesday, Upperbody
Wednesday, Quads
Thursday, Rest
Friday, Hamstrings and calves
Saturday, Rest
Sunday, Rest.

I know that the best slipt for growth is to train each group twice a week. But Aren't I still pumping everything anyway? For example, Quad day has lunges and squats, which still work the glutes and hamstrings to an extent. Friday had deadlifts and back extensions, which still works the glutes. Monday had hip lifts, which still works the hamstrings.

Do you think this split is okay for growth? When my life evens out, I will eventually go back to training everything twice a week.
