Weight loss = net daily calories burned > net daily calories consumed

Cut out unnecessary carbs - bread, pasta, etc.
Drink lots of water - helps you feel full and speeds up your metabolism
Do cardio - I recommend running, skipping, elliptical and stepper machines and HIIT. Cycling isn't good for solely burning calories.
Plan your meals so your last main meal of the day is at 6pm and have minimal to no carbs after that in order for your body to hit, and stay in, ketogenisis for longer periods of time.

What else do you want then? Your pace is fine as it is and if you do everything already then you should be fine. There is no magic secret to instantly get in shape.

20 lb in 3 months is good. You really don't want to lose weight too fast. Allow your body time to adjust and get fitter.

Unless you want lose skin and permanent cellulite on your thighs you don't want to lose weight any faster.

Make sure your toning up and getting stronger as your losing weight. Losing muscle tons of muscle will be bad..

That's really good & fast. Remember you didn't gain weight that rapidly. Taking it off is a slow process.
