Guys, How to lose weight?(teen under 18)?

I want to lose weight like 15 lbs about within the next month or two. Any idea how to, I already cut milk and cereal from mg diet and have added plenty of vegetables and fruits, also I started eating oatmeal. I exercise for about 15 mins a day with plank, pushups, squats, side planks, situps, lunges, and I walk around a lot and play basketball (not on a team but just to play). Any other tips to really help me lose weight and maintain it. I also just ate burger kings 2 dollar sandwiches and I feel bad about it although I haven't ate restaurant food in like 2 weeks. As for mental/psychological things that can help me. Thanks a lot.
