I always had a flat tummy before but this summer I worked a hard labour job from hell!!! And what I did get out of the terrible job was more toned abs that are actually quite visible, and now I've grown quite attatched to my post-helljob stomach. Since I kind of got abs by accident or without realizing, I have no clue how to maintain them! Anyone have links to excersises or methods you use?
Running and exercise. The key isn't building the muscle it's burning down the layer of fat between your skin and muscle. If you want work your ab muscles though planks and bicycle kick exercise work them pretty well. You can do crunches but those don't work your lower abs very well. But yeah lots of cardio and eating healthy foods.

Low body fat. There is no secret to abs other than that. No amount of crunches are going to give you a six pack. Abdominal exercises only define them.. they don't make them.

when I used to run 6-7 miles a day it was easy to maintain but I haven't done that in a while
also dont do sit-ups I've read that they're actually more harmful than helpful
