I think 70KG would be too much but either way- get in at least 2500 to 3000 calories a day. A pound is 3500 calories so this will give you a. Excess of about 800 or so calories a day. It isn't rocket science you will gain weight at those calories no matter how fast your metabolism is.
The best way is through things like peanut butter banana smoothies and healthy high calorie foods like avocado, bananas, low fat milk. Drink your heart away on smoothies and the weight will come without clogging your arteries.
Look into what they give anorectics to drink in recovery. It is easier to drink calories than eat them.

You must have a fast metabolism. Some people are just built that way. It's hereditary. Are your mom or your dad or grandparents skinny?
uhm if you want to gain wait, start working out, gaining fat isn't the type of weight you want to gain. Hit the gym with some friends, eat healthy and be motivated. with the right motivation and diet, you can gain weight. but at the same time you have to accept your body type, some people gain weight by just drinking a glass of water ( means of speaking ) , some could eat 6 pizzas before going to bed, and not gain a pound.
Carbs (breads, sugars) and proteins (meats, cheeses) are both good ways to gain weight.
Weight lifting might actually help, if you really feel the need to bulk up. Muscle mass is very dense, and exercise actually does very little to help lose weight. An hour of rough jogging only burns about a mini-snicker's worth of calories.

1) that is you in the pic
2) you weigh 45kgs
3) you want to weigh 70kgs
How in the world would you want to gain that kind of weight. In your pic you look lovely.Maybe get some protein and workout. You'd gain muscle so you'd gain weight but not sure how much you'd gain in a week
