How is my acne/facial skin?

On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being that my acne is so horrible it's difficult to look at and 10 being that I have perfectly clear skin, what would you rate my facial skin as? Recently this week my skin has gotten worse for some reason, and I've gotten several red marks and have been very mindful of them. I'd like to know whether you guys think I'm over-exaggerating about it or not. The lighting here slightly fades the red spots, so my acne seemingly looks better in the pictures than in normal daylight.

Maybe a 7 (10 being perfect skin right?), it's really not that bad. I know acne can make you feel really shitty about yourself though, I feel your pain. I was incredibly insecure about my skin for years and still am really though it's better now.

Make sure you have a good skincare routine; you probably know all the advice like drink lots of water, try not to touch your face too much etc. Don't use scrubs because they prompt your skin to produce more sebum. If you use anything with benzoyl peroxide in it use it very sparingly because of how drying it is. Oil free moisturiser is your friend; I recommend Neutrogena products :)

I don't know it depends, people in my school didn't have lots of acne, so if I take them as a reference, I would rate your skin 5/10 , but since I moved here I can definitely say that I've seen way worse.

It's not that bad I'd say about a 3 you're still a teen so zits are bound to happen and it's not like it's one of those big nasty pink or white ones so you're fine :)
