Healthy eating helps but when I saw dermatologists when I was like 15 they all said the same thing- if you don't have great skin then eating a load of whatever type of berries are the fad at the moment or avoiding bread and sugar or drinking loads of water or standing on your head when you wash your face... basically none of the bullshit tips work, you've got what you've got.

Did it happen after you started eating clean?
And by fruits do you mean you only eat fruits or different healthy foods as well? facial cleansers break me out, so look out for the ingredients.
Hmmmm this is tough question because it's not acne, normally acne will clear up with the steps that you have taken, but you have a different case. I would go see a dermatologist
