How do rich people get their skin, hair and teeth so nice?

Most wealthy people tend to have smooth clear skin, shiny white teeth and shiny hair. What exactly are they doing to maintain this? I swear this is how you can immediately spot a rich person. They could be standing right next to a poor person wearing the same outfit but the richer person will have nicer skin teeth and hair. Is this simply diet (what foods do they eat vs people with less money?)

Just a shallow fact of the world where genetics does have a role to play to determine your success in society.
Being good looking and tall does have its advantageous when it comes to wealth accumulation , ergo - richness.

However , it also need to be said that rich people also have more disposable income to take better care of themselves.

Teeth whitening , plastic surgery , cosmetics and skincare products are not cheap and often can only be afforded by people in the upper social castes. Again... widening the gap between the rich and the poor.
Cross generation poverty where the rich already have a naturally born advantage and then gain another after-birth advantage from their social status.

Just a fact of the world.

They can afford all the good products plus no to mention the government hides things to the lower class citizens and keeps most of the good things only for rich people and celebrities.

They just buy high end beaty products, go to expensive hairdressers and beauty saloons. They have less stress because they have money.
