Well it takes about 6 months to a year to really notice it since your young like me our testorone levels are pretty high so building muscle shouldn't be to hard but, it's all in the diet it's impossible unless you are genetically gifted to build muscle if your diet isn't on point you want to be gaining 0.5 to 1.0 pounds of muscle per week and to do so you must be in a calorie surplus to gain mass, to find these calculations I highly recommend this website here iifym. com it calculates how much and what you should be eating to gain mass also since I'm guessing you want muscle size try sticking to compound excerices such as deadlifts, squats, bench etc.. And train EVERY muscle once a week. And I highly recommend supplements such as creatine, whey protein and omega 3 vitamins a lot of supplements out there are bullshit so be carful but other than that you should start to gain the kilos no problem
No problem good luck and remember gains don't come over night, you're doing this for the long run good luck m8 :)

It would take you 3-4 weeks to slowly see results... if you're doing everything right. If you haven't good results in FOUR months, you're doing something wrong for sure.
