Advice from weight lifters?

I am 15 years old and I have been lifting weights for 4 months now. I am working on getting a better body but have noticed some changes in my body appearance but not to big of changes. How long does it take to get a built body? I don't want to look huge just above average. Any exercises that you recommend?

Fyi, I don't take any preworkout
