I've been lifting weight almost everyday for about 2 years now. My Lyme's disease recently came back for the first time in over 10 years. My body feels really weak and I'm not able to lift as much as before. I'm already on the antibiotic but it takes 3+ weeks for the Lyme's disease to leave my body. I really don't want to have to stop lifting!!! What should I do?
3 weeks not lifting? That's only enough for your micro
m grams to go and thats only gonna cause it to be abit awkward because the patterns your body is use to will go and have to make new ones but itll be fast as hell when they come back
I haven't lifted for almost 2 months and I haven't lost any muscle at all
